Butts & Guts Bootcamp on The National Rooftop is 4th Saturday, 11:30am. (August 28, September 25, October 23rd, November 27)
Master Coach Lance Angel will lead us on through a body-weight only, all-levels, 30 minute workout to strengthen the muscle groups essential for functional fitness, our abs and our glutes. This event is free for the community and membership is not required.
Upon inclement weather, we will move indoors to Level 1 Fitness. Per current city mask mandates, vaccination cards are required for entry into the gym.
