As a child, Rebecca disliked traditional exercise. She thought fitness meant running and climbing ropes in a gym, so she turned to horseback riding and fencing to stay active. Rebecca eventually found Barre as an outlet for creative expression and exercise, leading her to get Barre certified and become a personal trainer. After an initial consultation with her clients, she helps them decide on goals that fit their lifestyle. Rebecca uses that baseline to guide them toward the feeling of accomplishment and restored self-confidence.
