BOOTCAMP - 45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
HIIT is a type of interval training. It incorporates several alternating rounds of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
POWER HOUR - 60 minute Strength Training
Small Group Strength Training will inorporate training with free weights with a primary focus of increasing strength. We will be focusing on compound movements such as the squat bench and deadlift and learning proper form for these movements. We will also be working with dumbbells, kettlebells, and machines to accompany the main barbell movements.
